Ngaire Titov-Smith is our People, Safety and Workplace Manager at Volunteer Service Abroad (VSA). Ngaire has extensive people and hauora management experience across creative, legal, technical and public sector environments.

Warm, trusted and values-led, she partners with leaders to build inclusive, high-performing workplaces and to navigate change, complexity and people challenges with empathy.

Approachable and people-first, Ngaire is passionate about belonging, wellbeing and leadership growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring New Zealand’s great walks, and relaxing with a good movie.
