Kate Maxwell

Kate joined VSA in October 2024, and leads our People, Finance and Workplace group. Kate has worked in a range of corporate services functions in her career to date as well as in operational leadership roles. Prior to joining VSA, she has held roles in both large and small organisations, including at Te Tari Taiwhenua / Department of Internal Affairs, MBIE, ACC, MSD and Te Kahui Tika Tāngata / the Human Rights Commission. Kate builds strong, engaged teams to deliver across a wide range of organisation wide areas and brings people along with this mahi.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, watching her children play sports and walking her dog Stella.
