Fifita Pouvalu

Fifita Pouvalu is a proud daughter of the Pacific and is serving as the Senior Advisor in the Polynesian Health Corridors at the Ministry of Health Program New Zealand. She brings over two years of experience working across the Pacific region in the health space, with a strong belief maintaining the Va is central to effective collaboration. Her work focuses on building trusted relationships and connections not only at a national level but also at a regional level.

As a member of the Pacific Advisory Group to Volunteer Services Abroad, Fifita feels that this is an opportunity to serve the Pacific region.

Fifita hails from the villages of Ma’ufanga, Tatakamotonga, Niutoua – Tongatapu, and Fakakai – Ha’apai, Tonga.
