Chloe Oldfield returned from an assignment in Samoa as an NGO Development and Financial Management Advisor with VSA earlier in 2023. She thoroughly enjoyed her time working with a range of NGOs and businesses; three in a formal Partner Organisation capacity and several others in an informal capacity.

Prior to this, Chloe spent 15 months e-volunteering with two organisations in Samoa. She has volunteered in various other capacities including the Red Cross Refugee Resettlement Programme in NZ, the GVI Women’s Empowerment Programme in Costa Rica, and as the Head of the Business Department for Social Development International in Cameroon.

In her professional career, she has accreditations as a Chartered Accountant and Programme Manager with over ten years of experience in business advisory and management consultancy. Chloe also has extensive experience with operating model design, business strategy, financial management, organisational governance, monitoring and evaluating programmes and interventions, and social impact analysis in the private and public sectors. After returning from Tonga, her role now is a Senior Manager and Service Lead for the Strategy and Operating Model practice at Nimbl Consulting.

Chloe was elected to the VSA Council in 2023.
