OHAI Incorporated (OHAI) was started by a group of five Tongan business people concerned about climate change, and climate change awareness and mitigation. OHAI was formally registered as a not for profit organisation in Tonga on 10 April 2018.

The primary purpose of OHAI is to promote climate change and environmental activities in Tonga and to respond to natural disasters by building resilient communities.  OHAI does this by engaging local communities to participate in climate change activities, and to promote the impacts of climate change on Tonga and the Pacific to the global community.
