Loto Taumafai Society for People with Disabilities (LTS) was established in Apia in 1989. Their mission is to "Provide access to inclusive, equitable and quality education and support services for all people with disabilities in Samoa." Loto Taumafai delivers four key educational and services programme areas: early intervention, educational services, vocational services and dance and theatre. Their vision is that “Through the high quality special needs education and support services provided to the deaf and physically disabled by our Centre, they are able to function independently; realise their hopes and their full potential; and become role models of success and valued members of the community.
