This is a Blended assignment - Part work from home in NZ and part travel In-Country
VSA will organise and fund, flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, living allowance and utilities while on assignment.
E-volunteers will receive a monthly honorarium to help cover the costs associated with undertaking the assignment.

Our Partner Organisation - Prestige Property Development & Management LTD
Prestige Property Development and Management Ltd (PPDM) is a local family-owned business that was started in 2006. PPDM specialises in asset management, procurement and engineering consultancy services. The company is a member of the Accommodation Association of Australia. The company owns a number of properties around the Solomon Islands, including Prestige Apartments in Ngossi, Honiara.
The Country
Explore islands with natural white sandy beaches, a rich culture, and history. Spend time on the water with endless opportunities to experience the incredibly diverse marine wildlife.
The Assignment
The assignment is to provide support to PPDM to strengthen its operational capability and effectiveness, ensuring that resources, processes, and systems are aligned with strategic objectives. You will work with staff at all levels of the business to increase capacity that results in the lifting of standards and efficiencies in various aspects of operations management.
The Volunteer
