  • Comment by John Edwards on Roslyn Clarke – Water and sanitation in Kiribati
    "Hi Ross and Tom,
I am very interested in your work with water and sanitation. It looks fascinating and very successful
My name is John Edwards and I have a long association with VSA, including some time on VSA council in volunteer selection and with the local VSA branches.
I am working at Massey University in Palmerston North. This year along with Nicola Brown I am supervising a final year project. The title of the project is: An investigation into the access to clean water in Kiribati.

We would be grateful for any advice you would be able to give us. I am planning a field visit to Kiribati from 27th June to 6th July and would like to make the most of this visit.

    My email address is J.Edwards@massey.ac.nz

Looking forward to hearing from you., when you have time.

    Regards
    John

  • Comment by Kiatoa Ruaia on Roslyn Clarke – Water and sanitation in Kiribati
"Thank you Roslyn and Tom for your time and great effort in helping communities in Kiribati with their projects - sanitation and tamana pump.

I am currently working with the island council of Maiana as an Island project officer (IPO). I will be very grateful to have your email contact and looking forward to seek advice from both of you particularly in documenting a project proposal.

Let me know when you visit Kiribati again so that I can arrange a special tour of the island (Maiana) and Choir gathering with a bowl of kava.
