Volunteer Service Abroad is a member of the Council for International Development (CID). The Council for International Development (CID) is the national umbrella agency for New Zealand organisations working in international development. CID connects a network of international NGOs and their partners by ensuring professional standards are upheld, the promotion of learning and innovation, and supports principles of good development and shared practice.
