Hi! I’m Sarah, my role here at VSA is Recruitment Advisor (Volunteers).
I work with programme managers and candidates to match the best volunteer for the available assignment.
I have spent all my professional working life in recruitment roles, having worked in candidate management with recruitment agencies, recruitment coordination in government and advisory in the NGO sector. I am passionate about ensuring a positive candidate experience and making positive impacts through the work that I do.
I have two fluffly ginger cats, Litleo and Ditto, who keep myself and my husband busy in our wee ginger household.
