The Sanma Frangipani Association (SFA) is an association based in Vanuatu made up of parents, caregivers and people with disabilities. It is a non-profit secular organisation that is committed to promoting disability awareness and education, fighting poverty and ignorance.  The SFA offers free health care, specialised and technical education for those who need it. The SFA has helped children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities including autism, intellectual and developmental delays, mental retardation, cerebral palsy, hearing, speech and visual impairment.
